Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits and payments at The Cast Studio are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit is required to book a session, and no refunds are issued for cancellations, no-shows or unused studio time. Full payment is due before the session starts. The published terms do not state the deposit amount, so ask the team when you book. The full wording is in the Terms of Service.

Yes, if you ask in time. A booking can be rescheduled if you request the change at least 72 hours (3 days) before the session; requests made later may not be accepted. Contact the team to ask for a new time. Because deposits and payments are not refunded, confirm your date before you pay.

Can the studio use my recording for promotion?
Yes. By using the studio you grant The Cast Studio the right to use recorded content for promotional purposes. That is the full wording the studio publishes on the subject, so if you have a question about how a recording would be used, ask the team before you book. Read the Terms of Service.
