How do I book a session?
Book on Podyx, the studio's online booking page. Each set has its own link there, and all six are listed below, so you can go straight from choosing a set to choosing a time. Prefer to talk first? Contact the team on WhatsApp, by iMessage or text, by phone at +1 954-579-1004 or on Instagram.
You can also request a package with its own form: Studio Essentials, Studio Recording or Studio Recording + Enhanced Edit. Each form asks for your name and phone number, plus an optional date and time, and the team contacts you. A non-refundable deposit is required to book, and reservations are first-come, first-served, so reserve the time you want early.

Can I see the studio before I book?
Yes, a studio tour is free. Send a request with the tour form, which asks for your name and phone number, and the team contacts you to arrange it. You can add a date, a time and the purpose of your visit if you like. Photos only go so far: in person you can judge each set's furniture, colors and lighting, and talk through your show, so choosing a set and a package gets easier. Already sure? Skip the tour and book on Podyx. For any other question, the contact page has the address, the phone number and the message links.

Who sets up the equipment and runs the recording?
A technician handles setup and monitoring with Studio Essentials, and a full crew takes over the cameras, lighting and audio with the two Studio Recording packages. With Studio Essentials, on-site tech assist covers setup, starting and stopping the recording, and basic monitoring of your one 4K camera angle.
With Studio Recording and Studio Recording + Enhanced Edit, the full team on site covers three 4K angles, so you can stay inside the conversation instead of watching levels. The gear behind it is 3 Sony 4K cameras, studio lights and 2 Shure microphones with Cloudlifters and a Rodecaster Pro. The video podcast studio page lists the full equipment.

What do I receive after the session, and when?
Raw files are delivered within 24 hours with the Studio Recording packages. Files are stored for 14 days with Studio Recording and 30 days with Studio Recording + Enhanced Edit. Raw files are the recordings exactly as captured, with no cuts or graphics added, so save your copies before the storage period ends.
The published Studio Essentials package does not list a delivery time or storage period; ask when you book. Both Studio Recording packages also include behind-the-scenes photos and video, plus thumbnail photos and guest photos.
| Package | Raw files | Stored for |
|---|---|---|
| Studio Essentials $199 per hour | No time published | No period published |
| Studio Recording $250 per hour | Within 24 hours | 14 days |
| Studio Recording + Enhanced Edit $455 per hour | Within 24 hours | 30 days |
With Studio Recording + Enhanced Edit ($455 per hour) you also receive a finished video: a 4K multicam edit that cuts between your three angles, with mastered audio, your logo, lower thirds and name titles. The 24-hour window covers the raw files only, and the package does not say how long the edit takes, so ask for the date when you book. See what Enhanced Edit includes.
