Can I record a real estate podcast or video series at The Cast Studio?

Yes. Real estate agents record podcasts and video interviews at The Cast Studio, a podcast and video studio in Fort Lauderdale. You choose one of six sets, book by the hour and arrive with your subject and your guests. The studio supplies the cameras, microphones and lighting, plus a technician who sets up, starts and monitors the recording, or a full crew that runs the cameras, lights and sound. The published packages are recorded in the studio, so there is no gear to set up in your own office. Agents quoted below describe a supportive team, clean sound and a room that was ready when they arrived.

What can a real estate agent record in the studio?

A real estate agent can record any seated talk or conversation: a market update, a Q&A series, or an interview with a lender or another local professional. These are ideas, not services the studio runs. You choose the subjects and invite the guests, and the studio supplies the room and the crew.

  • Market update. Speak to one camera about a neighborhood or the month in your market. The studio lists short solo recordings under Studio Essentials.
  • Q&A series. Collect the questions buyers and sellers ask you, then answer one per video.
  • Local professional interviews. Sit across from a lender, an inspector or a neighborhood business owner and let them explain their part of buying or selling.
  • Round table. Bring several professionals to the table in Studio #4 to discuss one local question.

Which package fits a real estate agent?

Choose Studio Essentials ($199 per hour) for solo videos, Studio Recording ($250) for interviews with guests and Studio Recording + Enhanced Edit ($455) for finished videos you can post without editing.

Essentials gives you one 4K angle, studio audio, standard lighting and an on-site technician, which is enough when you are the only person on camera. Recording adds a full crew and three 4K angles, plus thumbnail and guest photos, and raw files within 24 hours for your editor. Enhanced Edit adds a multicam edit with mastered audio, your logo, lower thirds and name titles. The published Essentials package does not list a delivery time, so ask when you book. Which set should I choose for real estate videos?

Studio #1 suits interviews with lenders and other professionals, Studio #5 suits solo market updates, and Studio #4 suits a round-table discussion. The studio describes Studio #1 as a classic interview setup for professional interviews and video podcasts. Studio #5 sets a white sofa against the LED wall and is described as a signature set for stylish, relaxed podcast conversations, a fit when a market update should look like part of your brand. Studio #4 has a wooden table with leather chairs for discussions and panel conversations. Pick one set per series so viewers recognize it, and see all six on the sets page. Each card below has its own booking link.

How can I record several videos in one booking?

Plan one running order and record everything back to back: give each guest a fixed arrival time and use the gaps for your own solo videos. A guest's time is the hardest to move, while a market update can be recorded whenever the room is free. Send each guest three or four questions the day before, and keep one set for the whole booking so the videos match.

For example, a two-hour Studio Recording booking costs $500 before extras, so four videos recorded in it work out to $125 each for studio time. The studio must be vacated at the end of the reserved time. Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours (3 days) before the session. All payments and deposits are non-refundable, including for cancellations, no-shows and unused studio time. Confirm each guest before you pay the deposit.

Frequently asked questions

Which package fits a real estate podcast?

It depends on who is on camera. Studio Essentials ($199 per hour) suits a solo market update or a short Q&A answer. Studio Recording ($250 per hour) suits an interview, because a full crew runs three 4K angles. Studio Recording + Enhanced Edit ($455 per hour) adds a finished multicam edit with your logo, lower thirds and name titles.

Can I record a video podcast with a guest?

Yes. Studio Recording and Studio Recording + Enhanced Edit suit conversations with guests: a full crew runs three 4K cameras, so you and your guest are filmed from several angles. Do you provide photos for thumbnails?

Yes, with the two Studio Recording packages: thumbnail photos and guest photos are included, along with behind-the-scenes photos and video. The published Studio Essentials package does not list photos.

How much does a session cost?

Studio time is $199, $250 or $455 per hour, depending on the package. A two-hour session comes to $398, $500 or $910 before extras. Reservations are first-come, first-served. A non-refundable deposit is required to book a session. The packages and prices page compares the three side by side.

What happens if a guest cancels?

The booking rules apply to your session, whoever is on camera. Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours (3 days) before the session.
